FAQsWhat age groups are your books for? Well, once upon a time I would have said, ‘adults only’. However, I’m getting letters from people ages twelve and up who love the books with all their hearts. I consider them quite dark in places, and some young people claim they are not as dark as I think, and yet some young people and even some adults find them just a little too dark. So with that in mind, I give this answer: They are for adults and mature young adults. They are too complicated and too dark for anyone younger than high school, and I do recommend parent discretion with some of the themes. In other words, it’s up to you and your preferences. |
